口语：First of all,I will understand the cause of the problem.Then I will summarize the former experience and to solutions.On the basis of that,I will come up with new ideas.
12.Describe a time when you got co-workers or classmates who dislike each other to work together.
口语：Once in a class activity,some of my classmates were not interested in it,and they did not want to join us.But after other students’persuasion,we reached a consensus,and the results were very pleasant.
